Traditionally you start by unbolting the large nut on the end of the spindle.

Really not sure if serious but

Back off and remove brake operating rod 1
Remove control arm 2
Back off both adjusters 3
Loosen/remove spindle nut 4

Push wheel forward to slip chain off sprocket
Pull out spindle observing location of any washers/collars/spacers etc
Remove wheel
