You'd need to put something in her mouth first, heard her on the radio this morning and fuck she was annoying.

Frankly, I hope Hancock gets hauled over the coals and I hope she gets sued for breaking the non-disclosure agreement to the tune of 100% of any money she makes by breaking it.

She says it all about public interest so I'd be happy if that's all it's about. No huge cheque for her from the newspaper.

I think in many ways, she's done a huge amount of damage to effective journalism. She was trusted with a huge amount of personal information and broke that trust. I suspect politicians will be very slow to do anything like that again. Email and whatsapp histories will be being deleted as I type.

If that's the best you've got I suggest you up your game. Most kids stop using gay as an insult when they leave school.

You wouldn't know, though, because it appears that you never even started school.

I think we can put the Ant & Dec botherer in a special category of narcissism so I have very little care for what dings his, ahem, professional reputation might take. But this question of shutting people up with NDAs Thinking

I can only think of it in computer terms: you can make money from both proprietary and open source software but the former is arguably easier. However, closed systems often hide a myriad of evils hackers come along to exploit and which the developers/publishers try to keep quiet about. While the money keeps rolling in anyway, fuck the users.

Maybe people should start going "fuck NDAs, I'm not signing that shit. If you have skeletons in the closet I'll not be your accomplice in keeping them concealed. Come clean or get bent!" It can't work though. Again, lawyers most affected Sad

I'm not up with the Yoof lingo: "soggy toe" is hoe? "an absolute melt" is um... a testicularly challenged individual according to wife (that one passed me by.)

And it's "an absolute fucking melt" what are they teaching these days, clearly not grammar.

A 'melt' is an old name for lady-bits, and also used particularly by the Irish to describe the child of a prostitute.

some people..........................

As for handcock, he probably is as bad or worse than they say and
always looked a slimy little creep to me.
NDA's should be used for national security or possibly copyright purposes or protecting ideas in development etc, not covering up self interest and corruption so no sympathy here.

On the issue of her credibility as serious journalist worthy of trust and respect, I'd need to get a closer look at here tits and arse to decide that

Lets turn to Urban Dictionary for help on this one.

https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=soggy%20toe

soggy toes
When your in the bathtub too long your toes get soggy that is also called grandma toes
Man 1: I’ve been in the bath too long man
Man 2: oh my god look you have soggy toes
Man 3: mmm snack for later..

Man 4: ayo

Man 5: why am I even here

Man 6: idk why I’m here but I don’t like soggy toes

Man 7: same

Confused

So from that we can conclude that during lockdown he got caught having a bath with six other blokes.

Very nit-picking. In fact I would go as far to say it means the same with or without the OF.

My Mum was an English teacher, I shall go get the Ouija board and ask her. Folded arms

Although if I get this right -and admittedly, I haven't devoted a lot of my time and attention to it because disingenuious politicians isn't exactly news- he'd actually employed her to help with research to write a book and had given her access to his whatsapp messages to assist in that research?

So she was effectively an employee who took what she knew was confidential information (having signed an NDA) belonging to her employer and splurged it to the media... Presumably for a handsome fee.

So. She should either pay back what she was paid for the book or be sued for the money she got for the story. Maybe both.
