Was out and about in Caerphilly over the weekend and the season is truly open.
Retards out, driving like retards, cutting each other and other road users up on badly maintained bikes.

Only saw one BCFer, didn't run them over.

Not got my Z750s out yet as it needs a new tyre and a days fiddling and I can't be arxxed.

I have however taken my ER6 over the tops on a few lunchtimes, it felt good actually leaning the bike over, not been able to do that in months.

As well as motorbikes, I quite like walking/hiking and mountain biking.

Its like everythings started for me again.

It's ok, the roads are safe now...I'm grounded.

Thinking

Hedges are safer too...

Took the 1100 out yesterday for a trip to the seaside, loads of bikers around, spent most of my time looking down at them with contempt as I’ve started racing and consider spending a lot of time and money on road riding a bit ghey.

Been to work a few times on mine - cold but fun. It goes like stink off shit. Had toyed with selling up but it stays another year. Nice to have the choice to take it or one of the two cars depending on mood / weather.

I wish, far too busy for hobbies at the moment, hope to get out before May, things will have settled and Durham Constabulary will have ended their “take it easy, keep, safe and slow down” annual campaign by then.

Be careful as plod can now film you from afar -

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-devon-65222222

Amazing that the state has the money to spend on fancy kit when apparently there is no money to maintain the roads in a safe condition.

The state of the roads near me are frankly bloody dangerous to anything with 2 wheels.

The council have a proven and robust argument.

They maintain a transport network to relevant standards.

Th Council does not maintain racetracks.

When you come over the brow of the hill doing 95 and come across a scamera van parked up in a place where it never has before, there's not a fuckload you can do and poor obs wasn't the cause.

Now, can you go and go yappy at someone else for half an hour, I've gotsome adult things to do.

1) No way to turn off or round.
2) Nowhere to legally or safely stop amd wait. Even if I could they have cameras pointing at you the whole fucking time so they just have someone watching the video for the whole time you are waiting and then get the number when you go past.
3) Cover the plate and risk a 'perverting the course of justice' charge.
4) You'd have to be a fucking orangutang to get your hand covering most number plates and fuck doing that when approaching a roundabout for a junction of the M32.

Go on, yap,yap, yap.

For what they charge in council tax they bloody should. Trying to get off the hook for last years ridiculous ask at
the moment. Better in my bank account than theirs since they have made my van worthless at the stroke of a
pen with their virtuous emissions zone. I am growing to bastardwell hate Bristol.

it's almost as if calibrated lazer speed measurement devices don't exist and so wouldn't stand up in a court of law.

Fuckwit.
