A Single Screw...........

I've lost a single solitary screw from the bodywork of my bike (2005 600 Hornet). The side panel now won't stay in place. Do I go through the faff of going to my Honda dealer and order an exact replacement, or just go to Screwfix or B&Q and see what I can find there?
What's the easiest/fastest solution here when all I need is a single allen-headed fairing screw?

Or fowlers if you want OE parts.

It's not a normal bolt. it'll be a cap head allen socket with a shoulder or something like that. Don't buy any old tat from Screwfix, and don't go to a main Stealer.

Or see if there is a second hand one on ebay.

Thanks MarJay. Think I might go down the Pro Bolt route and replace them all while I'm at it. Naked bike, so looks like its only £13 to replace the whole lot.

OE for me. Not worth looking for a matching replacement (dimensions, head type, colour, in softer metal than its threaded mounting) and if you do find a match you’ll usually have to buy a multipack (albeit one OE might still look pricey in comparison, but what are you going to do with a pack of 25?). Fowlers’ on-line as MarJay says (use their microfiches) and get the correct washer or grommet too, if fitted. Delivery is usually quick if in stock.

At a pinch a cable tie might be a short term fix but it can move and mark the paint or cause other damage.
