Fine in terms of function, can be tight for routing past the bars and top yoke on some bikes. Banjo bolt is longer and can foul the screen. You're still going to need a P-clip on each fork.
The decent quality T-pieces aren't all that bulky and generally attach to one of the M6 mudguard bolts.
Top tip: I generally fit an integrated hydraulic brake light switch banjo bolt at the same time as new brake lines so I never have to fuck about with broken microswitches again. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
