A forty year old Sunderland man has been jailed for animal cruelty. I can't adequately describe his actions so I'll just let you read them for yourselves:-

Possibly the funniest thing I'll read today! Laughing

I particularly like the bit where the sentence is described as 'giving justice to the bird'. I'm sure the bird feels so much better in the knowledge that the chap has been convicted, and can go back to stealing chips with a smile!
