If Twitter's shit then how is cloning it going to be an improvement? At least with Mastodon and Bluesky you have something technologically different. That being said the "success" (or more accurately the notoriety) of Twitter is the spectacle of mid-wits slagging each other off like two dogs fighting over a bone.
