I have a schuberth c3 and it’s magic
I need new inners for it which add up to £255 quid but a new C3 is only £299 so might do that
My old one has a fancy paint job though
Anyway , they are the best flip fronts.
I also have a piercing in my upper lug and it’s a pain in the hoop no matter what lid you’ve got
Just take solace in the fact it eventually won’t be very sore .

That will be the auld Vegus Nerve of the Parasympathetic (or simply pathetic.) system.

Unfortunatly i'd had plenty of choice with membership round these parts if i wore one of those

I did manage to scrounge a 2nd hand lid from someone local, mostly just to see if it would fit, it's a BOX flip-front

I can just about get it over my tabs with the front flipped up, but it's way too small with it flipped down, but the theory works

Just need to find a reasonable priced lid now

OMG that looks baaaaaad... each to their own I guess Laughing !

I wear hearing aids and it's not comfortable having constant pressure against them, I would take them out but the risks of not hearing that rumbling lorry next to me puts me a little against that!
So I only use flip helmets, I've had my current one a few years now - got it from Amazon for about £60, and although the flip mechanism is a bit worn now it still does the job. Thumbs Up

It's all I can do to stop myself ordering one of these but I have two carbon fibre lids already and can't
justify buying another one although I am about to retire one of my Shark lids soon due to old age. Thinking

A correctly wound turban would probably have saved him.

When I met him for the first time at a car meet in Kent with his little mate Rossy, first words out of my mouth were
"What happened to your eye then?" Laughing I've never been that subtle.
