Hey guys. i need a little bit of help with my neos.
I think there is some issue with electricity because when i riding it it seems like it have some kind of limiter on 50kmh
but when you runining it on full throtle from hill, i will start getting more and more power until u reach 60-65 km/h and same problem starts again. But when you actually turn on blinker light.. or when i holding a horn.. it will automatically get power and nothing limiting it anymore. then u can get to 80/kmh from hill and avarage 60-65 on normal road.
can u guys please explain me how to fix it or any solution ?
i will be so much greateful because i trying to solve this problem about a month.
excuse me for my bad english please.

what year scoot?
what country?
Here in the UK they're usually speed limited to 50 kph
and I believe it's done via the ECU.

I know little about the Neos but will guess
the use of Blinkers /Horn is creating power spikes
or drops which are interfering with the ECU computations as it tries to limit speed.

There are probably work arounds like remapping the ECU plus fiddling with variator and rollers etc
but it will still be a 50cc after all that faffing about
so best advice is sell it and buy a 125cc
