Will getting a new exhaust system replace the lost acceleration from fitting a front sprocket with more teeth?? I want better acceleration for my NSR but top speed would be nice too ;D can any1 help??

i put a 14 on front and a 38 on back , 3 more teeth on back which does 110 mph but it took a hill to get it there, my arrow exaustr k/n and jetting will make up for any thing lost , its pulling 95 in 5 and 6 is crap until i get the exaust on
