Hi guys n gals!
I’m new here so pls be easy on me!
I’ve been riding for some years but mechanically and electrically I’m totally illiterate!
I can do small repairs such as adjusting chain, brakes and oil changes etc though.
I ride a Yamaha Virago 250 but I just bought a cheap AJS 125 DD Mk3 recently. It’s a project bike as it turns over and there is spark but needs the carb overhauled and electrics sorted.
The chrome covers on the engine have been neglyas well as the brake/clutch levers so they need to be either replaced or re chromed.
Does anybody know where I can get chrome side panels for this bike pls?
I’ve tried eBay and the AJS shop but nobody can help.

Those are for a Mk. 1, OP's is a Mk. 3, IIRC there are three or four different piles of Chinese tat badged as a DD125, so the parts aren't interchangeable.

No, you're right... they're the same panels for both models. So when OP said he'd checked the AJS shop, he hadn't checked very hard Rolling Eyes
