Hard luggage options for an FZ1

Got a 2006 gen 2 FZ1 and looking for touring suitable luggage options, I hate soft panniers and throwovers and would like to avoid them where possible. Problem is Im struggling to find a kit.

Givi make a kit, but it needs the original tail tidy to fit and repositioning the rear indicators, its both incredibly fugly and expensive, plus the original owner (correctly) binned off the original tail tidy.

SW Motech used to make a kit that doesnt look like complete shit, but seems to have been discontinued. They do make a "blaze" pannier kit thats semi-hard (oo-er missus) but they only make one size of pannier and its pathetically small 10L barely room for a pair of socks and sandwich.

Ive been told some FZ8 and FJR pannier mounting kits should fit but not entirely sure, if so that does open up some more options. And I dont trust FB marketplace sellers to not have half the parts missing from a 2nd hand mounting kit.

Are there any good options out there, or am I doomed to horrible soft throwovers?
