Probably a stupid question but do all helmet have to have kite marks or e numbers now? I remember loads of people in my youth with German wartime helmets and the like.

A Ural outfit and wearing a german helmet should cause a meltdown with the handwringers society. Cool

level 2 fine now also so thats £500 sheets if a copper decides to fine you. Used to be 30 or so.
