Yeah I did originally see some grainy traffic camera footage, but unable to find it now. It was your run of the mill car turning across the path of a bike at an intersection. Bike flipped end over end and hung on the traffic light while the rider took a slightly lower path onto the road some distance behind the car. The rider was reported to have serious, but not life threatening injuries.

Found it. So he was stoppie-ing up to the car, so when his front wheel hit, it flipped the bike end over end and into the air.
