I’m after a helmet with space for a chin mount for my Go Pro. Currently I’ve got an Axxis Panther, & short of gluing the vent shut & sticking it on what’s left.. It looks like a new lid is the order of the day.

(Chin mounts don’t do any for the Panther)

I’ve had it on the side and I spent more time faffing & positioning before riding, so I ripped the ruddy thing off. Was thinking of handlebar mount but I want first person perspective and not just where I’m pointing. Using a chest mount at the moment but that’s not very first person either.

Am not looking to spend a fortune, but I don’t want to skimp either.

Your help is appreciated..

oooOOO just thought.. any other suggestion for positioning are also welcome!

Consider one of these they are less cumbersome than they look and will fit almost any helmet.
It's a real plus not having to commit to sticking a pad on your helmet at all.

I got one late last year it was about half that price so if not desperate watch for offers.

You can use it clipped on bars etc too.

I already have and can’t say I’m a fan. The reviews aren’t wonderful & a friend told me to avoid, but thanks for the suggestion.

Yes and no, being a new rider I just wanted a record of everything I’ve done and where I’ve been. If it turns into something else then so be it and if not.. hopefully I’ll be able to see how I’ve improved.

Yeah there is a lot of clickbait and dross out there but 'Wiltshire man' for example does do some really interesting stuff.

Worst cunt on YouTube for me is TMF. The soppy wanker got absolutely taken for a fucking ride on his Royal Enfield. Lost all respect for him then.

Yeah I tried watching him a while back, he does all that Tony Blair stuff with his hands while he's talking, I instantly mistrust people who do that so clicked out pretty sharpish.
