Hi

I have fitted one to my modified speed fight but yet to test her. My thoughts are that the standard housing is 414g but this replacement is 594g. Is the heavier weight an issue? Should be cooler I guess.

Thoughts ?

You mean this?

https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51IQMgjya2L._AC_SX425_.jpg

The blurb sounds like typical ad copy shite to me with no verifiable proof of any significant benefits

"High performance clutch bell from Naraku. The patented R-Vent system exerts an extremely fresh amount of air into the clutch thanks to the external shovels. The temperature of the coupling unit is maintained at a low level of wear and allows very good friction values and sufficient adhesion in the bell. Abrasion is evacuated through the holes in the clutch track, which prevents additional tensile losses. In addition, the R-Vent bell has a retractable outer reinforcement ring. This prevents deformation in this highly stressed area of a clutch bell. Despite this reinforcement, it is still lightweight for better acceleration. Very good clutch bell with optimal price-performance ratio in the league of high-performance drive parts. Suitable for use in the high-end sector. "

For starters: "extremely fresh amount of air" wtf? how? unless you
ride with the transmission cover off which could cause other problems

If you want to go faster buy a bigger engine'd machine
125 are legally crippled to a restricted BHP in the UK so all these gimmicks are a waste of money IMO
Your time and money would be better spent on proper service
and maintenance

Hi

Similar to your picture but the next variation.

Thank you. The blurb does seem a bit ridiculous but you can make these small engines faster as mine is a labour of love and goes really well for a 70.

If I wanted speed I have a gsxr and a blade but love tinkering with my scooter. Would like to know if this kind of mod is likely to support improvement. Sometimes a bit of weight can add inertia but otherwise it can just slow stuff down
