Double DIN car 'stereo' for Merc Van

NOt sure if this is geeky enough for here, but the Sprinter has the OEM CD/Radio fitted. Would be nice to update this with a DAB/Screen that can linked to Android Auto and perhaps even a reverse camera.

Any recommendations? (I'm mean remember.)

I'm told the chinese Android ones work and have rear cam inputs
but like many chinese devices, standards can vary and some may not have some of the finer functions or quality

As its an android device, just like any phone/tablet
go for as fast a cpu as much RAM as you can or it may be a bit 'laggy'
and also, just like a phone/tab check the specs of the screen

I'd want at least a true FHD 1920x1080 screen
HD may only be 720p or worse

Read the specs/reviews carefully before spending
Cant talk about the car devices but I've got a 10" true 1080p Blackview tablet that's feckin brilliant for a sub £100 Android tablet. I n fact i've got two and they do all I want or need.
