2007 ZZR1400 Rat Bike

Hi all,

I've got a spare ZZR1400 sitting around in my container. I bought it with the intention of putting the engine in something fun like a go kart but I just don't have the time so I thought I'd put it up for sale.

It's a 2007 bike with about 50k miles on it. No MOT but two good tyres and I can't see why it wouldn't go through one with some minor tinkering. It's missing its side fairings and belly pan, and someone has drilled indicators into the front fairing as a result. The seat has a split and its visually clearly been stood outside for quite a while. It has a Delkevic exhaust system which sounds great and comes with the removable baffles.

I bought the bike non-running having sat in a guys garden for a year. I drained the tank, put fresh fuel in it, put a new battery on it, and it fired right up. I've ridden it around the yard a couple of times and it seems to ride fine, but I haven't inspected it closely.

Viewing welcome. The bike is located near Aylesbury, Bucks. I can deliver locally by negotiation, or perhaps further afield for the right price.
