Ok guys, weird one, my missus 675 tripple now wont run with the tank closed and flat to frame, if I raise it up and prop it, it works fine, but soon as start to lower it, it cuts out and wont restart.

All I did was lift it to swap the flasher relay Sad

any ideas?

Try cranking it over in the dark, see if there's a firework show going off under the tank.

The electrics on these are dicky. Check the 8 way connector next to the right hand frame rail as it does have a habit of burning itself out. Maybe the tank is touching on this?

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
