I am looking at getting a Yamaha XSR 125.

I found a few I could get but one of them I am looking at has a part on it I don't know.

Its only a small cover of some sort just in front of the frame on the right side covering a small part of the side casing. where the Y in yamaha is

Anyone know what it is?

Just looks like some form of protection if it's dropped. I've got GB Racing covers on my 900.

Thanks.

That was a help, I did some googling and turns out Yamaha sell some add-ons for the bike and that cover and some other bits are one of those kits.

Worth about £550

Seller has not mentioned it was included

It almost looks like its supposed to stop your toe scratching the engine case over time.
Bear in mind might have metal bit on boot and/or be muddy and gritty.
