At the moment i am trying to get hold of a carb for my dt125, ive posted in the wanted section and tryed breakers
ive found a guy who has one, but he claims its a "round side" one. (basically the top of it is round), but i currently have a "flat side" one which has a rectangluar top.
does anyone have a clue if the round one would be ok on my bike ?! (1997 model)
thanks guys |

Ewww as i rember its on the left hand side, ( if you sitting on it)
You can buy the new parts for the carb
this "bracket which holds the 2 floats " do you mean the metal casing of the carb that holds a pin that the floats rotate on ____________________ F'it DO WHAT EVER MAKES YOU HAPPY!!!!! Even if it screws over everyone else :p

its at the bottom of the carb. 2 floats, as petrol fills up floats move up an it opens a lil valve, at least that how i had it explained to me
i will probably just get the carb and see if i can make all the tubes from my bike go into it |

i moved the little tab that is connected to the floats to let a little more petrol in, bike sounds alot better, has a bit more speed, but still stutters top end like hell
upon purchasing a haynes manual it seems i am missing a "fuel filter screw" and my pilot screw is completly screwed in and cant be screwed out.
drill it out and get new ones? |
