Me again.......i am in my garage and have my nsr in bits infront of me....i am trying to de-restrict.( forgive the punctuation, i only have one clean finger)

have just taken exhaust off...no restrictor, just a slight built up of exhaust matter whish has now been cleaned. there is deffinately no restrictor in the carb either as on www.125nsr.com. does this probably mean its restricted by cdi? its a uk bloody bike though and i thought this wasnt the case....... 0-60 of 12ish seconds and top of 75mph at a push......anything else i can try whilst im here?

confused.....
