i have my CBT soon so i have been researching into what will be involved (just so im prepared, i know that you dont need to know anything) and i found a very detailed website that was very useful, so im putting it out there for all of us newbies to share.

Also if you wouldnt mind letting me know how accurate this actually is?

Seems very good, I've done two cbt's in two different establishments, but only one did the 5 Elements, which is the way it SHOULD be done....

Yep mine had all those elements in. Although in my opinion I can't beleive they allow ppl on the roads after so little road awarness training! still thats only my opinion.
