i have my CBT soon so i have been researching into what will be involved (just so im prepared, i know that you dont need to know anything) and i found a very detailed website that was very useful, so im putting it out there for all of us newbies to share.

Seems very good, I've done two cbt's in two different establishments, but only one did the 5 Elements, which is the way it SHOULD be done....
