Hi,
New to the forum and only just found it, but you all seem to know what your on about so thought i'd put this to you Laughing
I went into work this morning and my bike was fine (its a honda ls125, an import but pretty much identical to the nsr125).
On the way home as soon as i hit around 4000-5000rpm i get a complete loss of power and it sounds as if its misfiring (this is in all gears). It reminded me as if i was hitting the rev limit of the restrictor kit, that kind of noise and sudden stop in acceleration. Its struggling to get over 30 odd mph. I can't think anything i've done to it recently that may have effected it.
thanks in advance for any help you can offer

hmmm, you sure its not somehitng like the fuel tap position or maybe even you put different ocatne fuel into the bike? I done that once, put sports fuel into my 125, didn't do it an ounce of good, no power at all!

Got it sorted i think, topped up the oil a few days ago so didnt immediately relate it to it, but must have put a tad to much in as its soaked the air filter in oil Embarassed
Just cleaned all the air filter and taken some of the oil out and got the power back now, still running a bit smokey though Rolling Eyes
