You need to get the bit of bolt out and replace it. They are usually just a simple clamp with a bolt either side. You will probably find that if you take the clamp off altogetherm there is enough of a 'stub' left above the casting to either get some mole grips on or hacksaw a slot in it and remove with a screwdriver.
Failing that, drill a small pilot hole down the centre of the bolt and hammer an old torx bit into said hole, you can usually unscrew it using this. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
