Wahoo! Passed the practical test 
Thought I'd failed - Emergency stop was utter bollocks and I'm sure I missed far too many observations to pass!
Oh well I'm happy
Opening night of a show I'm working on tonight too - better get down to the theatre *on and 'L'-Less bike*
Looking at a CB250 as the next bike (insurace cheap, reliable, dad approves!)

Well done!! I was looing at the CB250 at one point aswell, they seem quite good. Cheap, reliable, and piss easy to ride. Only reason for not getting one is that it wold have been a sensible idea, and I have never been the sensible type

Congratulations mate!
Have fun getting a new bike too, and something for you to ponder, a GS500/ER-5 is only Group 7 Insurance, compared to Group 6 of the CB250 and will be near enough the same to run as a 250, so consider one too  .
