Yesterday when it was pi**ing down I decided to go and pick my mate up and ride to the new forest to see my dad got there fine and on the way back I went through brockenhurst and theres a watersplash!! got there and the road looked like a river!!! not 1 car went through it even 2 4x4s turnt round. So me being me looked at the marker and it was over the 1 foot but under 2 so I got off the bike and waded in and it was deep enough to start filling my boot with water. So I got back on the bike told my mate to jump on and as soon as the next car turned up and turned round I went for it. 1st gear keep the revs up and it was fine it was bloody deep it covered my zorst and rear foot pegs but didnt die so i done it again just to prove a point Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing POINTLESS POST I KNOW

I found my NC24 was good for that kind of thing. High level exhaust and quite a high airbox entry got me through lots of floods.

It was alot deeper coming back through I think it came up to the bottom of the head light but I left my visor open and got a full face full of water Embarassed and covered the passengers feet. THE worst bit was it did look like a river and had a fair old current aswell I think thats what put the 4x4s off Laughing Laughing

you succeeded because you followed a basic law of 4X4 off road driving.

when in doubt get out and wade...

Might have been different if you had backed of the throttle at all Question
