Well I ordered some wavy disks off them back on the 20th September, they took money out of my bank on the 23rd which I thought was fair enough if they were arriving on that week as the promised (they said 1 week).

Nearly six weeks on I still haven't got any disks and was promised on friday they'd be here on monday then tuesday, today I rang up and asked for my money back and they hung up on me!!!

Customer satisfaction is something that can give a company a lot more customers so why they did this is beyond me, the guy who is fitting them rang them back and asked why they hung up on me, they said it was a technical fault and they left me a voice mail message (5 minutes before the call?!) so they are either telepathic or liars! avoid them if possible (Especially at the NEC).
