Till driving test number 3

Okay i know its a bit like posting 'im homophobic' on a gay message oard posting that on here but i guess some have you have been there.

First time i got 8 minor faults and 4 major faults, bloke i had was a grumpy tosser and made me feel like i was on trial for something.

Second bloke was sound and was really chatty, i got 3 minors and 2 major faults.

If it wasnt the 3 months waiting list and the 75 - 80 pounds it costs in total for the big day it wouldnt bother me, but its really getting to me now if i fail again i minds aswell just sell the car and take my bike test, sen some nice CBR400 on ebay Smile Rolling Eyes

Good luck both of ya' Thumbs Up.

If you try other test centers you may well find some have much shorter waiting lists.
Reading had around a 3 month waiting list, Newbury, 10 miles down the road had a one month waiting list ()not of course that ya'll need to use that advice.

I'd try and get out as much as possible, so that it all becomes instinct rather than something you have to think (and worry about).

Even while on a bike, still try and do the same procedures (center mirror etc) to get yourself into it.

Out of interest, why display just one as all that does is clearly show the police that they can give you 3 points and a fine. If you have both on then they can't do anything and if you have none on then they;d only find out if they pulled you over and asked for your license, but with just one it is fairly obvious to them. Confused

I had one L plate when I was learning, even got pulled by the police for speeding and nothing was said about it. Depends on the copper.

When starting a sentance please use a capital letter, and when using the word 'I' use a capital letter as well. Press the shift key (second one up on the left of your keyboard) when pressing a letter key to get a capital letter. Remember some basic punctuation, like full stops as well. Thumbs Up

Yes I do know this is off topic, but I don't think 18aprilia has used a single full stop or capital letter in his 182 posts he's done on BCF and it makes his posts annoying to read and make sense of.

Ah, but you get used to it and just flick over it without really reading it. Wink I certainly do anyway.

It is just common courtesy on these boards to use correct Grammar and spelling. Don't expect people to take your posts seriously if they're poorly typed, full of useless profanity and generally unreadable. Having an immature attitude, abusing other users and refusing to listen to anyone else's posts will have the same effect. Post with good karma, and good karma will find you. Karma It's only polite.
