Seems pretty cheap mate, my friend bought something similar for £40 at a bike show last year.
Its not cutting edge or anything and isn't going to change your insurance but I suppose anything is better than nothing. At such a low price, if you get it and fit it yourself then if it proves to be awful (draining your battery big style, going off whenever it feels like etc.) then you can just throw it.
Im always sceptical when it comes to alarms and stuff for the bikes. I think that an immobilizer on a big heavy bike with an electronic ignition that or prevents the fuel pump form operating and stuff is a good idea, but not on an aprilia RS125 like the insurance wanted me to get for £300. I also think that alarms are not as effective out and about because of peoples attitude towards them. Instead of thinking 'theres something going on' people think 'I wish he'd shut that up'. Its the same with all alarms (especially house ones!!) Although an alarm is useful in your own garage where you are near the bike and can react personally!
For £30 buy it now though I'd say go for it just for that extra little bit of security but dont expect too much from it!
