Cleaning out the water system

I finally got round to pulling my finger out and renewing the water pump oil/water seal so i no longer leak gear box oil into the water system and also renewing the head gasket ill get pics up of the old one it didnt look good. Anyway.

Since i leaked a fair amount of oil into my water system i was wondering if there is anyway good way (product i can buy) to clean out the water system. Is it just a case of running it round for a couple of months changing the coolant every so often?

Any help would be excellent.

+ Anyone know of any ss exhaust systems for the tzr125r belgarda? Im looking to buy one in the new year.

Hi

I would just flush the coolant system through a few times. Only real problem is the water / oil emulsion in the radiator. For this I would connect a hose pipe up to the radiator and push water through it (in the reverse direction to the normal flow of water through the radiator).

Not sure about the exhaust. JL might well make one, but I don't think there is anything really wrong with the stock one.
