After I start my bike and let it run and then shut it off, some kind of liquid comes out of these tubes, near the engine. What are these tubes? What is coming out of them? What is the cause and is this a problem?? I put some pics so you can see.

Hi

There are various tubes hanging down, and quite possibly different on US models. Carb breather hoses, airbox drain, battery breather hose, possibly some breather hoses for a carbon canister.

What is coming out of them?

All the best

Keith

Make a bowl shape from some tin foil (aluminim foil) and catch the liquid in question.

Youll be able to see whether its oil or petrol or acid or whatever.

Should have gone to Specsavers. Wink

Those tubes sound like overflow pipes from either the fuel tank (have you overfilled it?) or the carbs (maybe a stuck float). Try to find where the pipe leads to by following it up through the frame. It could even be the breather from the battery.
