Do eveything slowly? Razz

The city fly is the same (i think) as the cg125 engine/carbs wise.. is it doing this when the engine is fully warmed up? (5 minutes of gentle reving or a 5 mile run out) because if its doing it when cold i wouldn't worry too much, mine did, a mates varadero does and to a degree my 500 twin does as well (a good handfull from cold will stop it ded). If this is happening when the bike is fully warmed up then you might have a fueling issue, but even then it wouldn't supprise me entiely if this was pritty much a standard thing anyways... only stalling issue i had on the cg was rain (getting at the ignition system) and allways at lights Sad

If its not happening at lights e.t.c. dont worry about it too much.

Sory i cannot off more insight but somebody helpfull should be allong shortly though Razz Thumbs Up

Hi

As above, not that unusual but generally because it is set up a touch lean off idle. You might be able to improve it but richening the idle mixture a touch (generally a screw which you undo or do up slightly, probably no more than 1/2 a turn) or by dropping the clip down a notch on the needle jet (so the needle is slightly higher in the carb slide).

All the best

Keith

Thanks for the quick response. So far I've only had a problem when I've first got on. Will try again tonight once its warmed up for 5-10 minutes.

Very Happy Very Happy
