all I can suggest is to see a metal fabriction specialist and ask what it will take to have some unions made up to couple the mufflers to the engine pipes usually it is just a matter of having some lengths of tube mandrel bent and possibly expanded at one end to slip over the engine pipes, then it's just a matter of polishing them up with some 1200 grade wet and dry, then hit them with autosol metal polish to get that PERFECT shine and the all you need to connect them up is 4 stainless steel wiggins clamps I think the size that you will need is 75mm for a neat fit without too much overhanging clamp strap all the best mate ____________________ Those bloody footpegs......they ought to do away with em! |

you could try your local exhaust centre as they tend to have small sections of pipe just begging for a fiver.
did you measure it at 51mm as 52mm is a more usual exhaust standard (just checking)
Cheers
