A lotta people now say 30 is the new 20 i will find out in a couple of years if they are talking crap, so at 29 getting a bike is no biggy, its just pure fun Twisted Evil

Hi Rocket_Man, I 38 and until a month ago had never been on a bike.

I've now taken my CBT, bought a Honda City Fly for a £1k and spent about £800 on a Helmet, Jacket trousers, Gloves etc.

Taking my theory test, which sucks cos I've been driving a car for 20 years, next week.

So no excuses, go for it

It's never too late, well 60's is pushing it but 30 is still young, ive seen 50 year olds trying to learn too ride.

I think your OK until 63-65 thats when the insurance companies see you as too great a risk, and its hard to find insurance no matter how many NCB's you have.
