I have two CB250's, one is a T-reg and the other is 51 reg.

NOW, the T-reg is fast, pulls away quick, good throttle responce.
The 51reg isn't, it's slow and sluggish, I'm thinking that it's restricted.

I have spoken to the bike shop and they don't really know.

The 51reg has only 5000 on the clock.

When I bought the T-teg it had 11000 on the clock and runs as
sweet and as quick as when I bought it, now has 33000.

Any Ideas??

TIA

As far as I know the CB250 produces 18-20BHP and is not restricted.

Because there a 4 stroke 250 they don't produce that much anyway, so they have no reason to be.
If I were you I'd check and clean the carb etc, as there may be something amiss.

Aye, swap the carbs/exhausts between the bikes and see if the performance follows it.

I don't think I want to go that far!!

There are a few things I could try before swapping parts over like
air filter and plugs.
