Sorry my knowledge on this bike isnt much, but its a honda vfr 400 in very nice condition, everything was nice on it, didnt look all that old, price...
It was this paintjob https://homepage2.nifty.com/y-hiromodel/vfr400r.JPG
£1750
Is that or for price, does that seem a little too cheap i always thought you would be paying £2000 upwards for a nice looking bike like that from a bike shop. ____________________ Ride Fast, Brake hard, don't fall off! |

Without telling us the year or mileage it could vary so much. |

To give you an idea, Northernlass paid about £1650 for this bike about six months ago. It's a K reg with about 20k miles on it (I think...) She did get a good deal on it though. |

for £1700+ it would have to be a low milage minter, Say 15,000miles with a good service history. They dont sell for much but they are great little bikes. ____________________ My bikes are at https://www.bikepics.com/members/dynamight/ |

Thats about normal price for an NC30. I paid £1650 for mine with 9000miles on it (almost 2 years ago now ). Great bike, although there are a few quirks to watch for:
Reg/rec goes pop on some bikes and can destroy the alternator when it does
The ticking noise from the rear cylinders is normal - its just the valves. Warm it properly and it'll go away.
If the yokes look like they're slightly to the right, most of them are like that
Valves need checking at 16k miles which is a fiddly job
£1750 sound pretty good. Mileage doesn't really matter if the bike is in good condition. I've heard of NC30's still going strong at 200,000km if they're maintained properly
I love my bike and have never regretted buying it (especially when you ride round the outside of a bigger bike!!!) ____________________ '89 R/W/B NC30
