I just bought a 1988 TZR 125 (Takes me back to my youth Very Happy ) I was told that it needs a new clutch centre hub...

Is that the round alloy case with splines on the outer edge which fits the inside of the clutch plates?

If so where would be the best/cheapest place to get one? It also needs a tacho cable and kickstart return spring which I assume are easy to do.

Thanks in advance Thumbs Up

Hi

Chances are that you will be best off ringing round the breakers yards. Failing that you will be stuck with a new one. Think one of the Yamaha places who advertise spares in MCN were saying they were having a clearance sale.

Think there are a couple of Yamaha spares places around but I cannot remember any of the names.

All the best

Keith
