Once upon a time i had a cg125, complete with spokes, liberal coatings of wd40 prevented them roting to nothing.

Haveing spokes again i want to keep these in top condition, or at least not let the degrade, they are in good condition now and i'd prefer they stayed like it!

Heres what i was going to do...

Arrow Gunk engine degreaser
Arrow Autosol
Arrow WD40

Sound right? or should i be useing something else? i'd liek some sort of spray/wipe on stuff to do the job really...

Gunk - yes

Autosol - Bloody magic stuff

WD40 - not so sure. Tends to be a water dispersant and nothing else. My way was to get some of that hardening chain oil that mountain bikes use alot, put some on a bit of paper and wipe on. Then you have a clear, hard barrier. Just be bloody sure none gets on your tyres cos its a sod to get off.
