ive been looking at the seperdream 250. i made a claim last year so a cbr400 or something is out of the question.
i want something really reliable, dirt cheap,(seen some cheap superdream 250's on ebay), and with a bit more power than a cg, need a top speed of around 75-80mph min really.
cheers guys,
sam

Yeah 250's are a good bike to move up to a 250 tzr 2 stroker has some pull and if they are tuned can be scary!

Superdream 250s are dead. What about a GPZ500 group 8/9 insurance and quickish.

As soon as i saw the title for the post i thought superdream. Should be a good step up from the CG, as you said you want a cheap bike with cheap insurance. Also they are very good with petrol and should crack 75-80mph fine. I would stay away from the 2 stroke 250's, i had a tzr250 which cost a fortune to run. I would only get about 34mpg out of it and i had to buy 2 stroke oil every week which was a tenner a bottle. I know have a ZZR600 which i like very much, but is quite expensive to insure at 18.
