Ok, I'm riding a bandit 600 at the moment, think i've found my next bike! A local dealer has a daytona 900 and a 1200 for sale, I like both! The insurance is £40 more for the 1200. The price is £100 more for the 1200. The 900 has done 30,000 miles, the 12,000 has done 17,000 miles.
I don't know which to go for! The 1200 is a turquoise colour and the 900 is red! (If that makes any difference) ____________________ "I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day." |

I'd get the 1200, only a few quid more.

Hi
Riden a 900 many years ago (and a 1000), as well as an early 1200 Trophy. Not sure which I would go for normally, but given the price / age of those 2 I would buy the 1200.
They are quick without trying. Loads of torque. On the Trophy I thought I was doing about 70 (used to an FZ750 at the time) until a quick glance at the speed showed 105 and rising.
All the best
