Nobody really does do 'mods' for smaller bikes. There isn't a massive market because most people want to spend money on getting a bigger bike rather than changing the one they got at this stage.

I'm sure I'll be criticised for saying such, but:
Have you passed your test? If not I'd consider putting this money towards doing so.
I'd be willing to put money down that you'll have a much bigger smile on your face walking out of a test centre with a full bike licence than you would looking at bike that resembles a tart's handbag Smile.

basically the cbr6 hugger is just a little bit wide, so if you cut it down the middle and take a section out of it then just stick it back together and araldite the cut piece back under the join it should be fine Smile

well that was my theory anyways, gonna stick one on b4 i sell my nsr (whenever thats gonna b) .. me and korn noticed it when we were looking at a cbr 6 aaages ago, i kinda thought it looked like the asme fittings as the nsr chainguard bit.

As for an undertray, can't find anything

Fair enough, it was 'wana get it looking the dogs danggly bits!' that made me comment on that as I have seen a lot of people without full licences making similar commnets.

By the way, a hugger on it's own should be ok. Sometimes a hugger and aftermarket undertray won't work together as they both take up that bit extra space, so can hit if used together when the suspension is under full compression.

Might be worth looking on ebay for a cheap hugger for a similar bike and getting a bracket made up for the nsr.

I would go fo an early cbr, if you are looking that direction. I think the early CBR takes a 140 section tyre, which is only 1cm wider than the standard NSR tyre, so should be similar width. The shape of the swing arm will depend on the model of the swing arm etc.
