Whilst out riding with another BCF member 'paulodd' tonight, we went for a bit of a rideout to another fairly local town.

I'd just cleaned out my carbs so wanted to test out my top speed, anyway, the ride was fairly uneventfull, until we were on our way back. When we were pulled by the fuzz.

A quick licence check later we were on our way.

Out again we went later on, pulled up to some lights next to an R6. I gave it a little razz from the lights, beat it up to about 30mph, then it pissed all over me.

At the next set of lights he stalled and I came past. Up to another set of lights and again I beat him up to 30mph then again he pissed all over me, while attempting to wheely past.

Round a roundabout we went, he gave me a thumbs up and off he went, clearly grabbed too much of a handfull and highsided and put his lovely R6 down the road.

Damage was a slightly scratched micron race can, broken RH mirror, very slight scratching to the lower right fairing and a damaged foot peg.

Just seemed like a very eventfull rideout for us local lads.

Yay, like garth said i got my first "pull up and stop" by the rozza. Was plodding along a 60 when i saw the blue flashing lightsin my mirrors, so i slowed down a little and edged towards the road thinking it wanted to pass. It didn't pass and it flashed its lights so i thought better pull in just in case. Pulled in and it pulled up behind me, hummmmmm i thought is my backlight out? was i speeding, no couldn't of been speeding my bikes not fast enough.

A police lady got out the car and i turned off the engine. "Hello sir, is this your bike? what size is it?", "Umm yes it is, its a 125", "Can i see your licence?", "Yer sure" got my licence out. She looked at the photo and i asked if she wanted me to take my helmet off so she could match me to the picture. She then asked me to wait, so i sat down on the curb while she got back into her car and did a vechile check.

Meenwhile gareth had gone off down the road, turned round and come back. The police officer then got out the car with a policeman and said "yup everythings ok Paul, we are just getting loads of reports of old bikes like this being stolen" O ok fair enough and drove on, and thought, hang on a sec, what a check calling my bike old! its only 18years old, i'm sure they are bothatleast twice it age!

Then later on that night, like garth said we had the R6 accident.

So what a night! Must be something in the air!

sounds like a good night, love it when bikers are like that , friendly and not ignorant like most ped boys around here.
