I think its theoreticaly a good idea, in the states (as far as i know) anything less than 90cc and still with pedal attached does not need a licence.
Now because here you do, and need to be insured, and a v5 which would need engine and frame numbers that never existed, so you'd possibly need to put it through the strict "built it myself" test costing hundreds alone...

I had been considering a similar thing for a mountain bike.
However, if the quality of the machine is anything like the quality of the advertising I would avoid this product as it is likely to be terrible.
Almost mistook your post for spam .
By the way, if you are trying to advertise it and are not just asking for an opinion then I suggest you place an advert in the appropriate section. I'd also advise that as it's primarily a UK forum you aren't too likely to find much worth the effort. |
