...but how do I change the oil on my ZXR400? All I know is where the dip stick is because literally all my previous experience with purely with lower cc two strokes and this is the first 4 I've actually owned.

From what I gather theres a plug or something at the bottom of the sump you use to drain it? Then where do I re-fill it? Embarassed Embarassed

There is probably a cap on top of the clutch cover to refill it. It's usally got a single flat protusion coming out of it as a 'handle' to undo it.

Am with you, I assumed that was the dipstick (if it even has one), I haven't actually checked it out yet, all I've done so far is cleaned and put a new set of carbs on to get it running. Oil and plugs are next since the oil has been stood for at least 6 months and god knows when it was last changed Rolling Eyes
