80 quids with focused events on the monday the 14th of febuary.

Tis fully booked now afaik.

Free silverstone WSB ticket for later in the year.

I saw that, and even mentioned it to the other half. Come and stand in the cold at Silverstone on Valentine's Day... so romantic!

I am actually tempted by the Cadwell Park trackday on the 12th (Sat) for about £70.

Do you think it's worth turning up on the day when you can see what the weather is like before paying? Or will they be booked up?

Considering the offer of the free WSB ticket I think the places will be taken up quite quickly and the chances of there being tickets on a nice day will be slim.

I suspect they may not be giving the free WSB tickets on the day; presumably they're doing it to try and get people to book early .

I really do need to get some tracktime in as the bike has had so many new modifications im really dont know where to start !


I am more than happy to give any help to anyone who needs any guidance or set up
I will be taking a very large van along with more tools than Halfords . so if your riding to the circuit leave all that type of stuff at home

I'll be there on a (not very modified) r6, I presume I've been booked in for the Fast group.

Wouldn't mind some to try and keep up with (well, for the warm-up lap anyway ).

So far my only crash has been when I was going faster than other people in the wet. Only when I rode the bike in the dry later did I realise the head bearings I had tightened a couple of weeks before were really badly loose.

So about the opposite then .

I wont be able to come and play--they phoned me up to say sorry but as im a organiser it really would not be in their best interest to let me loose !
Maybe a little harsh as the bikes and van are logo free.
Business is a complicated thing !(cant blame them really !)focused events run a good tight ship.

I'm with the other slackers.... just have to wait till a bit nearer to see what the weather is doing.
I really fancy doing this track again as I didn't enjoy it last time (left my brolly/wellys at home), Riding in the wet scares me.
The other issue is getting there...... I might have to tag along with someone so I dont get lost.
