Well there is basically no help on the net for a zzr250, I've done quite abit of work on my bike so thought I'd best start helping others.

I've made one guide so far what do you think?

Looks like a good start - nice layout and not too jazzy.

When I saw the thread title I thought you were on about machining some valve guides Embarassed

good idea with getting rid of the stock air box, the one on my ZZR250 was a right pain to get out/in.

quite rare bikes now.

Yeah its so much easier to work on without that huge ass airbox. I havn't seen another person with my bike yet in real life.

Don't spose you know where to get stuff for the zzr250? Or any info you aquired while owning one, like sites dedicated to the zzr250? [/quote]

Wow there really, really nice. Dam you £800! I would of bought that, thats how much I bought mine for but only 15,000 miles but didn't come with nice shiny cans.

By any chance do you know if where to get front indicators for it or if they use other zzr indicators?

also mine had full service and mot history and was only 3,000 miles old after a full engine re-build at 45,000 miles Laughing
