Anyone got any experience of these?

Basically it's a warranty for used bikes which you take out at time of purchase to replace the manufacturer's warranty. I did, cos I was young, foolish and had the cash. And hadn't yet realised the bodging skills of my buddies.

Anyway, the interesting bit is the cashback clause. If you haven't made any claims, have had your bike serviced appropriately and are still the owner, apparently you can get almost the entire value back at the end of the policy.

Mine ends at the end of next month. I still own the bike and I have proper service receipts I can supply. Reckon I'll get my money back or they'll try and wriggle out of it?
