Hmmm a bit about myself eh? Well I live in West Yorkshire although I am originally from the North East.

I work as a Development General Manager. I am not that old (that's my story and I'm sticking to it!!)
and I ride a 2004 Fireblade CBR100RR which I have had since Mid Nov 2004. (before that I had a ZX636R, CBR600, VFR750 etc etc)

Smile

Very nice. Did you find the Blade a big jump from the ZX636? I had a 636 (well, it's still in the garage actually) and bought a GSXR750 in October and although it's manageable it accelerates like a rocket! And it's not as if the 636 is slow.

I've not had that much of an opportunity to ride the Blade as yet because of the rubbish weather but from the bit I have ridden it, it is fantastic. So smooth and powerful. Smile

I cant wait for some drier roads. - not that I don't like riding in the rain but I hate the cleaning bit after Razz

This is a Local forum for local people! Shifty

And I don't think the step from a 636 to a blade is as great as the step from an SV650 to a Daytona 955i...

Even so, try and keep it moderately shiney and welcome to the forum. Smile

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Wow your bike is the muts! Stunning. Good choice. Also welcome. This is a great place. Ideal to chat with other bikers and get given advice. I find this site a huge help.
