It's 5 x 25 minute sessions, 2 groups, not sure about how many people would be in a group but I reckon 25 or so max.

I will be booking tomorrow, i lef tmy boss a note and will speek to her tomorrow to make sure i can have the day off, if not she can have my notice 2 weeks before the day. Not that i want to ride that badly or anything!

i mean are we all gonna be slapped in 1 group, and i got pro racing gixxer up my ass(or korn), im gonna crash

Usually you start with three groups.
Novice
Intermediates
Advanced

Novice will stop korn smashing you up the arse as you wobble on an odd line around around padock hill.

However, with the pace day, if your lap times match those in a faster group, they will move you up.
You will be let out in sequence of your lap times, so should be just ahead of someone slower and just behind someone faster.

If i remember right for this particullar day there will be two groups:

Novice/Inters

and Fast

because of the format of the PACE day, you won't be getting too much hassle from people faster than you. (unless you are constantly getting lapped)

Wave, just relax and do a steady first session, then you will get a feel for it. Trust me you don't want to try too hard on your first session, you WILL be in the gravel going round Paddock hill bend, at least.
